You'll also find a link on Micheal's Eurospares site for the John Bradley books The Racing Motorcycle - A Technical Guide for Constructors Vol 1 & 2 . In Volume 2 John goes into a number practical pipe building methods. It's the best hands on book I've seen for this type of work.
