Western Ma Mud Season ?

Has anyone heard an update on Riding in Western MA State Forests? The last I heard from NETRA was that the Forests might be closed until June 1st due to excess snow, which means a mud season until things dry out.

I heard no riding out there until at least June, possibly longer

All the work in the Tolland State Forest was completed this past weekend. There is a meeting again this wed. with the D.E.M. when a decision will be made to open the forest. It most likely will be this coming weekend. (May 12th) There is very little if any mud up there, in fact some spots were fairly dusty.
