Cant find tires

Hey I need help finding tires for my 79rm. The tire sizes are "4.10-18" for the rear and "2.75-21" for the front. the only tires I can find are for dual sports. Is there new numbers for the newer tires or something. Any replys appreceiated

A 100/100x18 will work on the rear, & a 90/90x21 or 80/100x21 will work fine on the front.
