I've got an OKO 24mm. Basically a knock off of the Keihin PVK carb. It has an additional tube from the float bowl to the bellmouth. No adjustments but a brass removable plug at the bellmouth. I've seen a similar system aftermarket for quads. Those have a needle you can adjust to change jetting quickly.
So my question is is this just to compensate for atmospheric conditions? To help reduce the amount of jetting I'd need to do. I seemed to go quite rich with a small amount of float heigth change. More than I'd expect!
