Cambridge area tips.

Hey everyone. I noticed some of you live in the Cambridge area. I live in scarborough but am on a training course out there for this week and next week (am driving back and forth) and am thinking about bringing along my bike on the trailer for a few days to ride on the way home after work. I heard there are trails nearby. Can anyone help me out with directions from the 401. I am not very familiar with the area.
