Service Honda customer service

I just love ordering parts from Service Honda! I guess it helps that we have a lot of Honda's that we order parts for 
Customer service has always been top notch but today it was even better than usual so extra kudo's to "Pooh the Grand Poohbah of Parts" at Service for having great people!
I got my numbers from their AWESOME parts fische site and called in my order. One specific part I needed to be sure was available because of Dirt Week. Well after waiting my turn in the queue (great tunes BTW) I got to talk to "Melissa". I gave her the numbers and she repeated them back clearly, verified the description, and price then gave me the total. I asked about backordered parts and she told me she would not know until tomorrow but that it was her job to call me tomorrow and let me know if anything was backordered. 
How freakin' cool it that?!
So while I enjoyed my conversation with Melissa I'm hoping she doesn't call me back
