How about all the contributors ( and their friends ) organize some sort of spring blast first ride of the year kind of thing?
Say, Turkey Point, where it's sandy loam and no mud.
Say, late March, weather permitting.
Let's get something organized

I've never been there.
I've heard it is like, days of whoops.
Tell me more.

Ya I'm in dude! I am some what a rookie but will take any chance to ride. I'm half an hour north of T.O so how far is that?
Thanks, Jay

It's about 1 1/2 hours from Toronto. It's a combo of sandy loam and killer woops, tight wood trails, some nice uphills, and some flat out stuff. Something for everyone.
Always the first place you can ride at the start of the year as the climate is a bit warmer there.
Look on a map and find the town of Simcoe on the shore of Lake Erie, you'll see Turkey Point provincial park just West of there.
