Has anyone tried the sixsixone 06 pro pressure suit? Looks friekin awesome from the pics and cant wait to get something similar. Ive read good reviews on the standard pressure suit so not sure if the heavy price tag is worth it.

I thought the pro pressure suit looked kind of slim on the armor. Not much in the shoulders and the elbow pads look smaller compared to the pressure suit. I like the spine protector better on the pro version. I'd like to hear some reviews from people that have used both also. I'm looking at buying a pressure suit.

I was able to try on the following pressure suits:
dainese next and pro model
evs ballistic bj22
axo protector jacket
661 pressure suit (05 model red trim)
661 SP-1 (no SP-2 in stock)
661 pro pressure suit
I could not try on the alpinestars bionic line, 661 assault, TLD's descender, and the fox launch suit. Bohn, Nemeses, and Hebo I disregarded due to unavailability to try on and warm design.
The 661 pro pressure suit wins the battle by far. The Dainese was tight and warm, it is a high quality Italian product but didn't fit my body very well. I am 6' 175 and the arms are built too short in the xl model and the xxl was not available at the time. The pro pressure suit does have smaller plastic upper shoulder pads compared to the standard pressure suit but the thick foam lower tricep portion protects the arm to a fuller extent I believe. It is a better choice for motocross by far if you ride in warm weather. The front chest pad is plastic and kidney belt has been improved over the pressure suit. If you cant try on the suits to make a decision than let this info help you decide. I dont work for 661 so dont worry. The pro suit its 230 at beyond bikes but maybe u can find it for cheaper.

Wopachop, i'm looking at either the 2006 sp1 pressure suit or the pro pressure suit both by 661. Did you find that they fit the same in terms of sizes. I'll be riding in a hot climate mostly. Do they both provide the same ventilation? Does the pro offer that much extra protection and comfort? Reason for asking is that i can't try on the the suits. Tried on a large 2005 red/black version and was a little loose in the upper chest shoulder region. I thought the shoulder cups were a little low down the arm. My dealer didn't have a medium but i think that's the one i'm going with. My chest is 39", waist is 32", height 5'8", weight 165lbs. Could you offer suggestions? Thanks man,

anybody else try on the pro pressure suit? I noticed by looking at the pictures on 661's site it doesn't appear to have the velcro adjustments like the regular pressure suit. Anybody try one on? Do they fit a little smaller than the regular pressure suit?
