Why was my thread closed?

I dont understand why my thread was closed.. by big lou, i wasnt trying to sell my bike. I was simply asking if they knew what it was worth. So why would it belong in wanted/for sale forum?


Ya i know this is in the wrong spot, but i suggest you putting a " help forum " on here so people with problems can ask...


Deffinatley wasnt trying to sell my bike so i see no wrong..




Also i cant Pm a staff member and ask them since you have to pay to use pm which is very strange..

They are pretty picky about what people post here... anything regarding the sellingg of a bike, how much it is worth... ect....

Yeah because they want people to pay for their ****, which is retarded.. i can understand to some point.. but to use a PM? none of my other forums i visit that are bigger then this one is like that... What if i have a problem and i have to contact a staff member? i cant PM them so i have to come here with a nonsense thread..

It's just like anything else... if you don't like a bike of this color, you can get a different one.

We've got rules in place for a reason, we're not required to explain them and you don't have to like them, or understand them, it's just the way it is. If the other boards are more to your liking, you at least have a choice, right?

How are you paying for my ****? It was your choice to start a dirt biking forum. Not ours, were the members, if it wasnt for us, you wouldn't have a good site. But yeah since you dont care to explain anything then i know the real reasno... You dont have one..

If you use this site and do not support it, I and the members that do support it, do in fact "pay for your ****". Use the site all you want. Try to sell using the membership here, you will have to step-up. Simple. But like you said, there are bigger, free, less retarted sites you can use, so by all means....

Now, if you want to read the reasoning about some of this... just check the sticky thread in the For-Sale Forum... it's been there forever. I'd suggest that in the 6 years this site has been run by the same people, we've got some of it figured out. Right or wrong, it's how we like it.

Do people really think it doesn't cost anything to do this stuff ? If you can afford a bike, you can afford to belly up to the bar for all the info availible here ( and sometimes it's even entertaining ).
