Unless of course it comes as a kit (clamp/stabilizer/handguards, ie; ride engineering)

Scotts under bar mount. They raise the bars quite a bit so a lower bend bar will be needed.

I haven't ridden with my scotts under Flexxbars bar yet. It look to be a good setup though.
I have had great luck with the Scotts fender mount on my 2001 CR....so definitely a vote for Scotts.
