does anyone know where i can get a pair of mx boots that are made for riders with big calves? Can anyone direct me to a particular mx company that may make special orders?

Sidi makes boots with adjustable calves... http://www.sidisport.com/eng/motorc...4&Art_ID=MMFIRE
And I think SG10's have big calve openings.
