Need some advice on fuel

I recently bought a 2004 KTM 125 SX, i have heard alot of discussion about which type of fuel to run in it. Should i be using race fuel or regular, straight from the pump, or something in between? also is there a certin type of 2 stroke oil that is prefered?

You MUST run premium!!! The higher the octane the better. Some people will tell you not to run Sunoco gold, I have had no problem with it. As for oil, I use AMSOIL DOMINATOR, I run Supermoto and some tracks have very long straights, and I have had no trouble at all with AMSOIL, even mixed at 80 to 1

Good advise.
Always use premium and make sure the gas is fresh. Don't buy more than you need for the day if possible.
Get the best quality 100% synthetic. Amsoil oils are excellent.

Royal Distributing sells all types of Amsoil, I know there's a store in Barrie!

I work with a guy who lives in Barrie, and it sounds like we are about the same. Were not as lucky as Hamilton and points south. Green grass!!!

yeah guy, just run some sunoco ultra 94 with some synthetic amsoil, generally if your beatin the hell out of your machine, you can do it @ 60:1, thats what the racers do, i myself do it @ 60:1 and my bike runs awesome, with no smoke @ all after it warms up!! , just head to the local royal dis and get some, locally we have the brand new superstore in guelph, and it is heaven!,snows gone from my trails, headin out this weekend!!

Sure, but I must let you know that I drive a Hummer.
It runs on super only and costs me $180 per tank when gas is $0.91/L. I'm getting about 6 to 8 miles/gal or about 200km/tank.

91 Octane or higher. I have run Golden Spectro and Red Line premix both have served me well over many years.
