What water pack/camelback do you use when trail riding?
Camelback has a lot of different packs but I can't find one that works well with my chest protector. (I've tested three)
One suggestion is to use a balistic shirt and wear the pack like normal. I would like to stick with the chest protector I have now.
Any ideas?

I have an older camelbak classic and it works fine with my chest protector. I wear it over top of my CP but run the shoulder straps around my shoulders under the front of the CP. Works very well for me.

I wear my drink system under my chest protector. They all should fit that way.

I hate riding with them, but when I have to, I have a new camel back. Not sure the exact name, but it looks like all the rest I have seen. All of them fit crappy, but I get used to it. When I have to, I either wear it underneath my chest protector, or over my fox under the shirt chest protector

Have you tried the unbottle? It just straps to your chest protector no shoulder straps. I am trying the flashflo it's a fanny pack camelback. I agree with you they are a pain with the shoulder straps and chest protector.

If you can find it, Camelback makes a Dirtbike specific hydration system called the "Rev". I own one and I like it alot. It sits a little lower on your back so it is more stable. It also has an insulated drinking tube to keep whatever kind of liquid you have warm or cold.

I just googled the Camelbak Rev and it looks like it would be a lot better that what I have been using. Hopefully I can find it at a local store and give it a try.

I ride with mine under the CP but have seen people that attach theirs directly to the CP.

Also check out the camelbak CHARGE, it is also made specificly for motocross, it's holds 102oz and can fit under your chest protector.
Fits low, it's wide and flat, about 2 inches thick. Think of it as the Rev only bigger.
I have both and they are very comfortable and work great. Troy Lee cp.
The E*** site has them.

Moose makes one that is wide like a backpack, but thin that fits under your cp. Has extra space for tools, snacks, etc. I have been using it for about 2 years now and no problems.
