Throttle problem

Dont now if this is the right place for this but will try anyway.
I have a Yamaha wr 400 98 with Keihin FCR 39 carb on it
the throttle plate have broken 2 times and yamaha says that it is a problem inside the carburator worn down but it isnīt the engine is okej though it should have broken down with a lot of damage beacuse a peace of the throttleplate the dubbel size of a thumbnail have found its way into the engine through one
of the valvs the engine should have exploded totaly but it didnt.
I will be very happy if someone could help me solve this can i get a different throttleplate or something will not by the same
plate again made of thin alu.
Have been contacted by i rider with a WR 250 02 with the same problem.
