putting armor on

I finally bought myself some body armor and etc. I don't know what goes on first between the chest/shoulder protector and the long sleeve shirt. Do I put the body protector over my long sleeve shirt or is it the other way around?

Jersey then chest protector if it's a conventional CP (hard plastic).

It really doesn't matter which one you put on first, but it's easier to put the jersey on first most of the time. And you'll look less like a football player. If you are wearing a Thor sentinel, it works well either way. Pressure suit styles go under the jersey quite well, and look a little silly otherwise. And the lightweight foam sewn to a vest types like the Thor Quadrant should definitely go under the jersey.
