I just ordered a big gun exhaust for a 2006 TT 230. I will remove teh snorkel and open the box up but what about jetting. Does anyone know about jetting and if I will need to rejet? any other things I should know when I upgrade the pipe.

Thanks in advance for any advice

I reccomend and the factory reccomends rejetting if you change your pipes.

Delete it? nah. I'm just glad you agree with the factory about changing pipes.
No offense but, I'm not really a jackass... I'm more of a mule.

What jetting changes do you suggest Ants?

I'm far too large to be a burrow.

.... then maybe a sumpter, or possibly a jument.

OK - sounds like I'll need to rejet - any advise on which ones to get.

The best thing would be to ask the pipe manufacturer what their recommendations are for your bike - pipe combination. Your bike may or may not require jetting changes.
