Newbie needs a part for 1972 175 Yamaha Enduro

Bought a 175 CT2 in good/complete condition, but the kick starter wouldn't work. Got it home and found that the end of the shaft for the kickstart idler gear was broken off.
Need a shaft from a motor so I can fix mine. Bike only had 2100 miles, then was put in a barn. Anyne know what model years and engine sizes might work also.
