Denton MX Track?

Anyone heard anything about the track that was going to open in Denton?
Last I heard the rumor was July.

Is that the one that used to be by an old junkyard? I think there's a drag strip by it too. It was along the southbound service road of I-35.
If it's the one I'm thinking of, I had some good times up there before it closed down. The only track I rode when I rode tracks...the only one I felt comfortable on.
