Is law enforcement coming to people's private property to do inspections?

No, I wouldnt worry about it. I know I dont.

No. They cant make you have it registered to ride on YOUR OWN LAND! Even iff you do how many cops do you think are going to pull come into your own yard to see if you have it registered? My point exactually. You should have no problems. And if you do... Well Im screwed.

Hey bro, Pa does require that you DO register and insure your bike on private property unless its yours. Your property, OK, your buddies, not ok. Thats the law anyway. If you have a street plate your just golden, althoug they do frow on power slides and wheelies in town. Some law about excessive display of acceleration, I say, hell, I can ride a wheelie at 10 MPH all day right? . Anyway, you can be sure if they see a kid on a dirtbike they will give you undue attention. I get pulled over so much on my wr 400 I think Ill start wearing my licnese, reg, and ins info on the back of my helmet like a fishing license.
