Hey bro, Pa does require that you DO register and insure your bike on private property unless its yours. Your property, OK, your buddies, not ok. Thats the law anyway. If you have a street plate your just golden, althoug they do frow on power slides and wheelies in town. Anyway, you can be sure if they see a kid on a dirtbike they will give you undue attention.
