Bill 49 in Oregon!!!

I'm trying to find info on this new bill they are trying to pass here in Oregon limiting ATV's for kids. Does anybody know if there's something going on in Salem? I heard talk of people getting together down there today and I wanted to join in but can't find any info on it.
