i can't seem to find any info on days during the week that they are open.

aztec family raceway is in colorado springs, colorado
watkins motocross is in east denver off of E-470

I'm pretty sure Watkins is open every day (weather permitting). Call 303-341-6309, they usually have a recorded message on the answering machine about conditions, etc...
