Sacramento-Eldorado Hills Area?

Is there anyone in the Sacramento-Eldorado Hills part of California that wants to meet up and ride? I am kind of a new rider that needs some help getting some good basics down. My local tracks are Hangtown, E-Street, and Riverfront. Thank you!
