If you follow 88'cr250r's advice you will wind up with a little puddle of molten aluminum on your floor. Most aluminum melts a just a little over 1100 degrees. It does not turn orange or red, it just melts and falls away. You would be better off bending it back cold. Clamp it in a vice and tap the end with a plastic mallet until it is back in shape. It may snap off but most of the time they will bend back into shape. 88'cr250r. Please stop giving people advice on subjects that you have no clue about. |

wow bro i just trying to help out i had a clutch lever like this i got a torch heated it up and bent it back..not very hot while your heatiin it bend it i did it more then one time trust me..the only wayy a propane torch will get up to a 1100 degres is if you let it sit..heat and bend at the same time
