YZ250F exhaust

What is the best after-market exhaust system (header, mid-pipe, and muffler) for the 250F to make it quieter, reduce some weight, and not give up any power. I have looked at the FMF Q with Titanium header and mid-pipe as well as the Titanium Yoshimura with the tuneable end cap, but can't find anyone local that has tried these. This thread may already be out there, and if it is please direct me.
