tire insert ?

I am having trouble with front flats. I am considering getting a tire insert for the tube. (not sure of correct terminology, sorry). Needed some pro/cons from folks who have used. Installation hints.

Hey if you havent already got your new tube or that bib moose go and pick up the new dirt rider, they have these new tire balls and if you pop one they just spread out a little more. They seem pretty cool, and they did a test on it.

The Michelin moose are great, however expensive $150+/- and last about one year. The less expensive method - hd. tubes with slime also works well.
