Boyeson water pump covers

Has anyone tried one of the boyeson water pump covers and or impellers. They are supposed to run cooler and increase horsepower, that seems a little hard to beleive but stranger things have happened. For 60 bucks they wouldnt really have to do much to justify the cost. Thanks a lot.
