Any Place to Ride in MO/ILL.???

I live just outside of st. louis mo. and don't know of any place to ride besides the 50 acres my parents own. Anyone know of anywhere preferably less than 3 hours away? Also, any places to race around here?

St Joe State park in the Farmington area thats about a hour away. There is Finger Lakes State park in Columbia thats about 2 hours away. There is Mark Twain Forest thats about 2 or 2 1/2 hours it is only rocky trails but they are wide and fast trails. Hope this helps
