Last MOnday i decided too take my front forks and shock in and have them re-valved & re-sprung.. I took them over too JN Innovations.. I was promised they would be ready on Friday, I got a call and they were ready on thursday 
I went home and installed everything and went riding this past saturday.. This was the 1st time i had ever had a suspension set up for me and i am very impressed!! THe bike has some smooth dampening, didn't bottom out and over all performed too my liking.. So if your looking too get a suspension done, and especially if you live in the Bay Area, CA, you may want too look JN-Innovations.com He is going too be moving out too Tracy Ca during the summer.. Just thought i'd pass this on..
