I've had about all I can take!
All I keep hearing is how much BigLou has improved, how ready he is to lay a beatin' on me come October.
How I should start training now, if I plan on even having a chance of sucess.

I got one word for all of you BigLou bandwaggoners!

PFFFFFFFTTTTTT!!!!!

PK.... those folks ain't lying.  He's much faster.  I can honestly tell you that he cut more laps and definetely faster laps than I did out at Nocona just after the Dallas SX.  He's a man on a mission.

It sure is.....my wife uses it all the time.

PK, I hear Lou has gone into an extreme training regimen. Somethin like Stallone in the 1st Rocky movie. I think he wants to come to DirtWeek and rain a$$whippins all over you

Let the SMACK talk begin :thumb:

Just what does chasing chickens & beating meat have to do with riding?

I don't know about the first one, but the second part helps with arm pump. :scream: I just can't figure out why I still have problems with arm pump though.

Posted by: Senior KX Rider

Sounds like you need more practice

Posted by: Treejumper

Or a longer stroke!

Posted by: Farmer John

Switch hands, maybe?

With the goal of perpetuating the smack:

PapaK's gonna smoke Big Lou!
A sausage on a grill that is...

Hey Oldguy,

We going to have a contest to see who can break a bone the quickest? I think we can take Tony this year as we're another year older and bones are alittle more brittle.

I hope that contest isn't still going when I get there :scream:

I'm going to wrap you guys in five or six layers of bubble wrap before you ride.

Posted by: oldguy

Treejumper remember I beat you by at least 30 seconds - but that Tony guy cheated by starting riding before we got there

Bswift I fully intend to return your crutches and never need to borrow any ever again :thumb:

You might have to re-wrap me by mid week as i crash alot and will probably have most of the bubbles popped by then.

Oldguy,

I would of beat you if you wouldnt of cut the course. I'm going to let Tony use my old YZ. That way he wont be able to ride and can spend the week working on it instead. Of course he will probably get pissed and kick it knocking out the JB weld and snap his toe off in the hole.

The crutches are something I hope NO one needs again/ever!

I think those two morons need to battle it out on fittys in speedos(not the bikes dummies), first one to make 20 feet wins! LOL It'll look like a tractor pull, kinda.:scream:

Posted by: Senior KX Rider

Hate to be the bearer of bad news PK but I rode with the big-guy from KC this weekend and he is a new man. From the weight loss to the work out regimen to the way he has polished his mental personna. He is the proverbial man on a mission. He gets that diesel around the track at a pretty high rate of speed. He is a baaaad man

Posted by: Senior KX Rider

and I think elks is on to a good idea here (although it is for his own selfish reasons) Fittys and speedos would be a great way to settle this thang,

I just found out this past week that I have to take MANDATORY vacation in two weeks. I'd sure like to see if I could get alteast couple of days to drive up and see a speedo race. How 'bout the loser has to give a lap dance to the winner??

I think Elk is setting you two up.

Evidence:

1) He bought a fitty

2) He's going back on patrol. He posted some kind of high minded reason, but the truth lies in the fact that once on the road, he can hit numerous donut shops, thereby increasing his ability to pack on pounds to qualify for the Titan race.

3) He really wants to wear the tutu

Posted by: biglou

tic-tic-tic-toc, tic-tic-tic-toc...

Seven weeks. I've turned it up a notch between now and then. You won't even recognize me. And by that, I mean at the start gate, cuz shortly after, I'll be too far ahead of you for you to see me. I've actually entertained the idea of riding the fiddy, just to make this fair. Nah!!! :flame:

Posted by: Mikeb

My money is on the Pappa.  Anybody that has enough cajones to stand in front of a crowd and drop trousers has to be ONE BAD MAAAN.

Just kidding big fella. Plase dont do the atomic Jeff Allen pile driver on me. I am on your side.

I'm feeling titanic . . .

Posted by: dead

Looks like BigLou is training hard..
http://pages.sbcglobal.net/big_lou/...s/July4th-4.jpg

Posted by: Papakeith

Lou, Lou, Lou. . . *shakes head* :silly:
When will you learn. . .
There is one, and only one reason that I will be unable to recognize you at the COTT race.
You my poor misguided soul, will be behind me from the second corner on. Yes, I will let you have the first corner, maybe.
The more I dwell on this, I figure that I could wait after the gates drop for you to clear the first tabletop(wait, that would be roll the first tabletop  ), and still come close to lapping you by the end of the third lap!

This year there will be no mercy granted. No quarter given.
Forget the on the track training, and practice up on washing bikes.

Posted by: biglou

See, I knew you were close last year 'cuz I could hear my roost bouncing off your front number plate...

Posted by: LoriKTM

We've been asked to trailer Papa's CR500 steed down to DW with us....

...we may consider monetary bribes to "lose" certain parts of the bike on the way down... (Kickstarter?  Oh, sorry, I think we traded that one for safe passage thru East St. Louis!!!)    What's it worth to ya, Lou?!

Powder Puff? Is that a donut? Mmmmm, donut...

Posted by: biglou

lmao! Last year's race was pretty much a debacle! First, you got Gomer flagging pk down to ask for his autograph. When I thought that was the goofiest thing I'd ever seen, pk actually stopped to see what Gomer wanted. We were racing! Then, just for goofs, I stopped for a donut from Paddy (I think) on the big uphill, then cheated to pass pk in the rythm section, then brake-checked him before the big uphill double and he killed it. In the end, after all the cheatin', I let him by... That's right. This year, no foolin' around. Two men, three laps, one winner, one whiner and one very ugly trophy to exchange. Winner keeps it until next year. :thumb:

But hey, I did run blue sparkly handlebar streamers last year, remember? Look at the first pic in Oldguy's post on page one if you don't believe me! Them dang things slowed me down, threw my concentration off. This year, well, things will be different... Buwahahahaha!!!!!

Posted by: XRpredator

only two men?

Posted by: Jamir

Who are the two men who will be racing with you Lou?

Posted by: XRpredator

Okay you fart smellers, name the day. Another Titan wants to get in on this mess! (make it Thur afternoon, mmkay?)

Whoa, wait a minute, this is highly unorthodox... I'll have to confer with my partner in crime on this one. This is a little grudge we started as of DW2001. Between me and PK. Then again, on the other hand, having someone else a few hundred yards behind us on the track shouldn't really affect the outcome of the race...

Another Titan joins in

Posted by: Papakeith

ahh Lou! let him in. I shouldn't be the only one to have the pleasure of lapping you in this race!

Posted by: biglou

Oh boy, this is gonna be great! Both you goons washing my bike! I can't wait...

Posted by: Papakeith

wanna raise the stakes?

Posted by: biglou

Hmmm, public humiliation not enough? Let me think on it. Heck, I did my lap last year wearing the "Queen for a day" getup. I think Wrench enjoyed all that just a bit too much if you ask me!

Posted by: Papakeith

Just curious. Since you seem soooo sure of yourself
But, if you wanna call instead of raising. . . I guess that shows us all where your training is really at.

Posted by: Senior KX Rider

This sounds like fun.....wish I could be a Titan

Posted by: Senior KX Rider

Guess I will have to settle for flagging..........................................with a box of KRISPY KREMES :scream:

Posted by: High Lord Gomer

I would love to be a titan, but someone signed me up as a flagger for this race...

Posted by: Senior KX Rider

This Titan thing sounds like a pretty Elite group Gomer. Guess it might be better if we are on the sidelines

I'll be flagging too, but with a skillet of bacon. No "titan" can resist a few pieces of hot crispy bacon.

Just tell me when.  I'll be there.

Posted by: MrLuckey

It seems like I've heard that Cam could possibly fit into the titan category.....CAM where are you man?

Posted by: dave186

i could fit into the titans category. but i wont be at DW this year. Lou you wanna go in reno next year???

Posted by: biglou

Hehe, Dave, you and Veron don't qualify-you two are way too fast!!!

Not sure about Reno next year, I've just started talking to Randy about it. Problem is, it winds up being about 5000 miles on his truck. We haven't ruled anything out yet, though. But I am starting to think about logistics. I definitely want to go, but we shall see...
