four stroke exhaust

I have a YZ 450F 2003, and I need some help trying to select the right exhaust for my riding. I do out door motocross and I also like to ride trails. I'm thinking that something with lower to mid power would be best. I was thinking about a White Bros pipe. Can anyone help me chose which make and or model would be best for me. Any help will be much appricated. Thanks,

I have a 02 crf 450 and i purchased a FMF t4 silencer and a power bomb mid pipe and header. This game my bike more punchboth on the bottom and top end. I feel it was well worth purchasing.

Thanks guys for your help. Do any of you know anything about white bros. I am sort of leaning toward them, but my problem is that there are many different manufactures of pipes, and then each of them offer many different types and styles of pipes. But anyway I just wanted to thank everyone for there help. Thank you,
