DW'03 Poster - Group Photo

We plan to make available the group photo that was taken at high-noon last Friday at DIRTWEEK by David Kennel (OffRoadWarrior) with his medium-format camera.... We plan to make this year's special in that we will make it larger than the 20x30 inches in order to include the group photos of DW'00 and DW'02 which David also took, plus possibly the DW"02 photo that Tony Eeds took last year, if the graphics guys can present the different formats in artistic fashion. This year's group photo will occupy about 80% of the 24x32 inch size, with the other pics along the top or the side. Along the bottom will be the logos of this year's sponsors. (See DW'02 photo @ www.dirtweek.com).

Price:

If 100 ordered: $ 32 approx

If 50 ordered:  $48 if paid by check; $49.50 if paid by PAYPAL
(Using US Postal system, insured for $50 value)

Dave brought home the negatives from the group photo last night...

...and it looks SWEET!!  He got a few good frames on the chrome slide film that he used first, and we just need to pick one to have scanned.  

Even on the negative, you can still pick out faces of people.  The poster should be awesome.

Make sure you pick one that I look good in (good for me at least). It really doesn't matter how everyone else looks.

a mock up of the actual poster will be put up as soon as the graphics guy puts it together.... then we will be moving quickly to the printer (as soon as all checks are received; I'll post the address shortly) and hope to have it out in time for XMas...

I won't be able to mail them probably until right after New Years..... we had to adjust the "red" which overwhelmed the whole poster, not just because of the red dirt but a lot of red shirts and caps..... amazing but true; sorry for the slight delay....
the action pics are are not identified, so we'll let the "name the rider/face" competition begin; you can try your luck in the sample photo posted in these forums or wait for your poster to arrive...

Hey Pokie, did the posters go out yet?? Just wondering, I recieved some mail from Tonyeds last week from about a monthand a half ago, post office is not forwarding anymore mail to my new house. Just happen to think that you probably do not have my new addres to send it to. If you did already let me know so I can go down to the PO and check it out.
