Woods Ready! 2nd Owner since January ’02. Engine is stock. FMF header, stock silencer with fresh Performax packing. Suspension setup by Works Enduro Rider for 185 lb. rider. Moose "Burleson" Woods bend fatbars. MSR handguards w/Cycra shields and Cycra Top Triple clamp mounts. Seal Savers. RK X-ring chain, good sprockets. NoToil air filter. Stainless steel. oil filter. Rear Gold Talon Hub, 18" Gold Excel rim, and Bulldog spokes(practically brand new). Stock front wheel/hub. Front wheel has a slight ding. Stock clutch, stock plastic & seat cover. Maxxis IT’s front and rear. Yamaha frame guards. The bike has been woods ridden. Only raced once a year at Dirtweek.
I thought I would keep this bike forever, but I made the mistake of riding Chris Smith’s KTM 400 EXC with a 450 kit. Now I’ve got to have one. That is the ONLY reason I’m selling. The bike starts first kick and runs great. I’ve NEVER had ANY problems with the bike mechanically. Bike is very straight and tight.
Bike is in Paducah, KY.$3200 o.b.o. or will trade for a 2001 or 2002 KTM 400 EXC.

That is hilarious! I was just thinking when I saw the post header..."I wonder if this has anything to do with his ride on my 450?"
You were all smiles when you came back from that ride Cal! Don't forget the Revloc!!
Good Luck!

Heck, I'll be there tomorrow with $1000 cash (just to be nice).
You want large bills or small bills?
And yes, I've got Orange fever pretty bad. I can't get over how comfortable I was on that bike. My first time in the woods on it, and I pulled away from Darby. On my bike, I was having trouble keeping up with Darby. I haven't been too impressed with the overall feel of the 400's, 450's, and 525's, but that 400 with the 450 kit was saweeet! And the Revloc was unbelievable. It's like your cheating...

Where in the world have you been? I needed you at Dirtweek '03. I didn't do too well defending my 3rd place Harescramble trophy. You still running GNCC?

Its a long story but I havn't riddin since this spring. We bought a new/old house out in the country and have been working on that all summer. Working on putting in a septic right now......lots of fun and lots of money...lol.
I want to start play riding after I take care of the house and go from there.
My buddies are really on me about not ridding
Hope all is well with you. I checked the sight yesterday to see how you did defending are good showing at 02's DW. You must of had some troubles.
What happened on the single HS race? DNF?
Posted by: CAL
You better get back on that bike!
Yeah I had troubles. I hit a tree the day before the HS and twisted my front end, causing the forks to bind. My front susp. was so rigid it wore me out on the first lap. I rode my parnter's (Darby's) CRF on the second lap while he straightened mine out. The individual HS was just a few hours after the team HS...2 HS in one day...after 4 days of riding...I was pooped. I just stopped at the creek and watched everyone else ride.
Get that poop tank in the ground and then come ride with us!! :flame:
