$115 shipped anywhere in the lower 48. Bought new from Crutchfield in Jan of this year. List price $199. Takes preamp inputs with turn-on lead, or auto turn-on with speaker level inputs. Rounds out the bottom very nice for mid level systems. Won't scare the neighbors, but does a nice job at what it's designed for. 100w on-board amp, bass boost knob (essentially a volume knob for it). Still have original box, all hardware, instructions, etc. Been under the back seat of my truck since Jan.

Now, if he wanted to thump out some Geddy Lee, I could understand....but who in the heck is Jazzy JC or Lil Punkinhed ???? ( ?I think thats who they are? (shrug) )
