Can I join, can I, can I ???

Posted by: darnjr

You can add me to the NTSP list. This is about the only forum I read on DRN. I'd never get any work done if I read them all.

Dude!  I'm old.... I can't remember if I remembered to wipe this morning!  I can't imagine what the definitive history might look like if I put my foggy brain to it.  It would be entertaining though!

Who'd that be?

Posted by: BSWIFT

I'm a member, the FAR-NTSP .  @ the top as requested.

Posted by: Jeff Gilbert

I guess I'll be a self proclaimed member of the NTSP. The involvment I have had has been mostly with the HS group but after DW03 I'm more excited than ever about the NTSP group since we now have a cook

Posted by: JMD

There's a few guys I ride with who hang out here, but I don't really like them very much.

Posted by: Stan_Flemmings

You talkin bout me Jim? Is this just because I blew up your bike? I'd like to think of Dad and myself memebers.

HHHMMMMM.... No Jim it really wasn't a tree...

Stan, I think it was all that bad two-stroke mojo you got all over my thumper that blew her up.

Posted by: tx246

technically i should be between tony eeds and txbigguy. i do claim dual citizenship. im a HS/NTSP. when do we get our letter jackets?

Posted by: jeffd

Hey now... I've been know to hang out in here from time to time. Don't forget Tarpaper, errr Taraker either.

-jeffd

Posted by: yzguy15

Me, I've been injured but since I bought a new bike I'll be able to start riding and racing again soon. I don't have a lot of time to get on DRN nowadays, with work and my girlfriend calling (but i did take her to a race and she can't wait to get on a bike), but this is the only forum I read everytime I sign on.

Posted by: JMD

Eric, welcome to the Great Pumpkin's Circle of Love. Don't forget to throw dog poop on a Yamaha rider's shoes.

I wouldnt mind being a member. Count me in.

has anyone noticed how much lorin looks like howard dean? maybe lorin should run for president of ntsp?

But Lorin is a girl, isn't he?

Posted by: Rooster

Dangit guys, every time I see this thread I think it says

Important: Rooster.....and think the name hack thingy is going on again.

Anyway. Carry on!

Posted by: Lorin

I'm not sure if looking like Howard Dean is a compliment, or a slam. I am assuming that if he looks like me, than he gets mistaken for Brad Pitt quite often? As to running for the NTSP president title, I am much too busy keeping my N'sync tribute band going.

Don't make me go back and dig up the emails you doddering old fool.  You can't even remember that I was at your house... much less that you were out doing one armed pushups in your driveway trying to show up an 8 year old.

That reminds me Twin, how is your business going? Did you let Matt partner up or does he just work for your company?

Damn sissy.

Posted by: taraker

See, you guys are way to gay for me......

I never have quite figured out why the sexual urges of men & women differ so much. And I never have figured out the whole Venus and Mars thing.

And, I never figured out why men think with their head and women think with their heart. And I never yet have figured out how the sexual desire gene gets thrown into a state of turmoil when it hears the words "I do."

One evening last week, my wife and I were getting into bed. Well, the passion starts to heat up, and she eventually says:

"I don't feel like it, I just want you to hold me." I said: "WHAT?"

So she says the words that I and every husband on the planet dreads. She explains that I must not be in tune with her emotional needs as a woman. I'm thinking "What was her first clue?". I finally realize that nothing was going to happen that night, so I went to sleep.

The very next day, we went shopping at a big, unnamed department store. I walked around with her while she tried on three different very expensive outfits. She could not decide which one to take so I told her to take all three of them. She then tells me that she wants matching shoes worth $200.00 a pair to which I say OK. And then we go to the jewelry dept. where she gets a pair of diamond earrings. Let me tell you she was so excited. She must have thought that I was one wave short of a shipwreck, but I don't think she cared. I think she was testing me when she asked for a tennis bracelet because she does not even play tennis. I think I threw her for a loop when I told her that it was OK. She was almost sexually excited from all of this and you should have seen her face when she said "I'm ready to go to the cash register."

I could hardly contain myself when I blurted out, "No, honey I don't feel like buying all this stuff now."

You should have seen her face ....... it went completely blank.

I then said "Really honey! I just want you to HOLD this stuff for a while."

And just when she had this look like she was going to kill me I added, "You must not be in tune with my financial needs as a Man."

I figure that I won't be having sex again until sometime after the spring of 2008.

Posted by: TwinSpar

Spamming that story on email isn't enough for you?  You gotta post it too?!?  Now that IS gay!

I thought I would check in here... was told about the North Texas Smack Pack in welcome from Tony Eeds.... so Hi... I am from the Plano area... not a member of a group... I race in 4 different series for quads.. TQRA STQRA ATVCCS(sometimes) GNC

Posted by: Okiewan

Just a friendly FYI: While there are a lot of folks here that own 4-wheelers... DirtRider.Net is a dirt bike site. For hooking up with Quad riders for rides and such, you might want to check http://atvconnection.com.

I don't know what the requirements are, even though they say I'm the president of the central Tx chapter of the NTSP, apparently they won't let me join.

Seriously, there are some pretty good folks here.

side note: it's good to see another "old fart" like me riding a 125

Posted by: Tony Eeds

Nope, no special requirements.

Jeff, I am gonna SEE Thump this weekend.

I'll make sure y'all both get on the list.

Posted by: Slips

Thanks Jeff. Trust me, (and if u ever see me ride you will!) a 125 can do more than I can. Anything over that is just a waste. Besides the lighter the bike the easier to pick it up, like when I got straddle the berm and dropped it the other nite. LOL

Posted by: AEFB45

hey guys my names Zac i just joined the site and it looks pretty cool...im a friend of Jeff D, hes the one taht showed me on to this site. i was with some of you guys at the supercross when we had the tailgating thing but i didnt really get to meet everyone..id like to be a member of the NTSP, im always lookin for guys to ride with.

Posted by: Tony Eeds

Added Slips and AEFB45 to the roster listing.

The season is starting so start expecting to see ride alerts in the email. If I don't have your email address, please click on my name above and send me your addy, so I can add you to the list I am building.

All of my emails will have NTSP in the subject line so it will be easy to know they are not spam.

Because the previous group leader was a slacker!

Check now. All that applied have been approved and it should show in the profile. Let me know if that's not the case.

Posted by: Grissom29

I know I've been lurking about alot lately, but I'd like to participate with you guys soon as I get myself a bike. I'm about ready to start looking around. Got a decent pile of cash set aside, just trying to clear up some employment issues first.

May I get my name on that list?

psycho,

Pay no attention to the weirdo from Austin. He's a pantless fruit that craves attention and should be ignored. Treat him the same way you would a panhandler..... have some pitty for him but don't acknowledge him cause he won't go away if you do!

Posted by: psycho

From Austin huh.. That explains ALOT!!

Posted by: Patman

Austin is just the biggest letters on the map that Twinkle can see and the nearest place that you don't have to climb a telephone pole to make a phone call. Find Hwy. 71 and follow it to where it intersects the Pedernales River and you'll be close.

Of course, just send me a money order for $1,000 and I will handle everything.

I assume that you mean DRN as the NTSP has no dues and we are more than willing to take in anyone. We took in Twinnie didn't we?

I will shoot you an email.
