Relocating to Spain from US

My family and I are relocating to the Barcelona area in August '04.
I'd really like to take my '99 KDX 220 dual sport and if possible, use it on and off road while there... I've been having a hard time finding out any legal details about this; maybe someone has had some experience with this type of thing. Any help is appreciated,
