What year Is My Vintage Bike?

I picked up a free old rm suzuki with no motor, tank, ect. for a project, from a freind and i'm having a hard time finding out what model and year it is can you guys tell me how i could this info out?
this is what i know so far?
-has twin shocks(pre 81-82')
-looks like the a 79'-80' year model by looking at the swingarm design?
Is there and other way i can tell the year and model? so i know what to look for whene buying parts to restore it?

If you call a Suzuki dealer with the motor or frame number, they should be able to tell you exactly what you have.
