I've seen a tool that bends bars back but can't find it anywhere. Its about 3 ft long with a grip at the end. Kind of splits into a long V. One side has a flat part to place up against the bar and the other has a hook to wrap around the bar. Basically a leverage bar. Anybody know who sells one?

I've got the one you are talking about, originally made by Acme and designed by Arlo Englund - who is now into Mtn bikes big time.
I think it's sold by White Bros but their site is awaiting final build of their catalog so I couldn't find it.
I've had mine for almost 20 years and it works great.

you could probably make one couldn't you??

It would be easy but I don't have access to a welder or any one who does. Thx for the White Bros. lead...I'll have to look into that one.

If there are some bike shops nearby, Park tool co makes a frame straightener that is dang near identical, might be worth a look and a price compare, ( I bet the cycle one is more though
)

Is that what it is called? frame straightener?

In bicycle world it's a frame straightener, in moto world it'a a bar straightener. I think it's the same tool.
