The weather here north of milwaukee just plain sucks and I've really got to ride! Byron, sunset ridge...(others further south?)...where's a decent place I could go this weekend?? Thanks!!!

I am going to Astoria on Friday. I think they missed most of the rain yesterday and last night. The weather down here (Peoria) looks good until after Sunday. That would be quite a drive from Wisconsin though.

I'm assuming you haven't been to either track.... so I would definately recommend Sunset Ridge! Practice Saturday from 8am-1pm and racing Sunday. The track is awesome - sandy/loamy with hard packed jumps, wide, multi-lined, fast (yes you'll get that CRF in 4th tapped in a few spots), big berms, natural terrain, safe, and a lot of fun! It's by far one of the best tracks in the Midwest.

Weather looks good too - no rain in the forecast for there between now and the end of next week and mid-50's for highs this weekend.

Don't forget MC Motopark in Mt. Carroll, IL. This track was awesome last year and it was redone for 2004. Open riding the weekend of April 3rd and 4th 9am to 5 pm. Check out the website for details. www.mcmotpark.com
