Installing Rear Disc on 86 IT 200

I'm exploring the possibility of putting rear disc brakes on an 86 IT200. I've never heard of anybody who's done it but I'm sure I'm not the first to attempt it. Any help, guidance, thoughts, history would be appreciated.

Seems like a lot of work and $ for the rear. I wish I had the front disk like you but mine is the '85 with 2 drums. I keep watching for an '86 front end to swap out but haven't found one yet.

It maybe a lot of work but the thinking part would be minimized if someone already did it... successfully. A rear disc retrofit would be a background project for fun.
The 86 is very low miles ( still on first rear tire ) and feels light as a bicycle compared to my 450 exc. My only 2 whines are the rear drum and the excessive sound. The noise is easier to take care of than the brake.
