Keepin' it Cool - (WATER PUMP COVER / IMPELLER

Has anyone purchased and installed an aftermarket water pump cover and impeller (namely the Boyesen kit)? Was there a noticeable difference in the horsepower gained, or the bike's temp? I've heard that a better pump can add power while increasing the longevity of the motor. I ride a 2002 YZ 426.
