seeking airtool advice

I need to put together a personal travelling toolbox for my new job with the Sf water dept.
I will be drilling and tapping watermains and installing lugs.
I need a 3/8" reversible drill and a 1/2" reversible drill.
I have had snap-on in the past but their quality vs. $$$ has not been impressive.
I have been shopping IR as a substitute and am looking at the 7802R and the 7803R.
I want a good jacobs chuck too, not a stamped steel version or a speed chuck.
Any thoughts or other options would be appreciated.
