03 sx 250 rear fender on an 02

is it possible for me to install an 03 rear fender with side panel on my 02 sx 250 without changing the subframe and seat? i just bought it and it's in the philippines and i'm here in miami trying to get as much parts and accesories before i go home for a vacation this april. also will the racetech progressive rear shock spring work wonders? any tips on how to improve fork performance?

The entire rear end has to be changed, including the seat.

Regardng the spring, they work well. I have one on my 03 250SX. As for the forks, mine have been valved by Kurt at KRW in Phillipsburg, OH I am running th stock .44 springs, 140mm oil level and 5mm preload (about one and a half turns in from full soft. Compression is 14-16, rebound is 11-12. Lots of data, but still not on par with a buddie's '99 YZ...
