Lots of new parts, have you check the valve clearances? Air gap on the magnito?

i havent checked gap on valves which would be a really good idea i was thinking that last night. also there is no magnito, there are no points but i got a inner rotar kit and i used the trusty buisness card gap on the inner rotar.

the valves should be set at 0.025 to 0.05 with a feeler gauge, this helps a decent amount but the real problem i have found is that the fly wheel is not keyed on the shaft properly and the timing is slightly retarded so the china bikes fire almost after or after TDC so they the combust on the down stroke and it carries over to the exhaust stroke and it really isn't a big deal but check your fuel mixture and see if you are running rich or lean other than that just deal with it
