Looking for a salvage yard or someone that might know were I could find the Header for a 1978 Honda XL250S

Also on the hunt for a service/repair manual that doesnt cost $18 for shipping :)

There probably is. But you are likely going to have to put a little more effort into it. Try online auctions, call salvage yards, online salvage yards, specialty websites, even google can help. And cross reference to see if any other years will fit. Good luck.

I am calling and searching the net have been for some time.

Checking Ebay also

Anyone know of some salvage yards in Ontario that would be a good bet?

Also cross referencing. I believe the bike is listed 78-82. Were do I start to start this process?

That may be for 75 and earlier models, though......
