Ok so ill start off by saying my knowledge of bikes is very little, so I bought the manual for my bike. It was not running when I got it my dad bogged it down in the sand a couple years back and it hasn't started since. so I checked the piston and it was tore up so I replaced it and went through and replaced all the gaskets then put it back together. The compression test was reading 25 psi before the change now its only reading 50 and still not starting. Any body have any ideas, I just want it to run :ride:

compression for that should be a lot higher..

Not sure what you should see exactly on that, but I'm guessing it should be well above 100psi. Closer to 130 is probably more accurate.

50psi isn't enough to get it to fire.

I figured it was supposed be higher im just stumped why it would be so low after changing gaskets and piston

I believe so I took the cylinder in to the shop and they measured that and then he told me what piston to buy
