1990 XR250R Suspension

I just got a 1990 XR250R to race in my local hair scrambles vintage class and want to set the suspension up for my weight. Race Tech has alternant shock springs listed but no fork springs listed. I emailed Race Tech but have gotten no reply. I don't want to use progressive springs. I used them back in the day and didn't like them. What rate's have some of you guys used and where did you find the fork springs? What weight oil and height did you use. I'm 210lb without gear.

I would use .49 up front. Oil level 125mm or 120mm. Dodnt the 990 series Eiback springs work in them ... if they are still available.
Last one I did I had Cannon Racecraft make the springs for me.
