How much and what weight for 1992 RT180 forks?

Figured out 10 weight, 280 cc. But how the hell to you disconnect the fork tubes from the sliders? There's a allen bolt at the bottom of the sliders that are somehow attached to the tubes. I assume you need a socket extension to go down the tubes to hold that aformentioned allen bolt? What size is that bolt? Can't tell by shining a flashlight down it and I can't find any info online? Damn...
