2000 Kdx220r. Extra Pc Of Rod Welded Onto Frame. Rt. Side Near Rear Shock.

Im trying to figure out what the extra pc of rod is that is welded onto the frame. Its not threaded either. Thought it may be a helmet lock item. Stump Finder is Stumped.
