just picked up a new bike and i noticed the filter was dirty and dry rotting lucky that only the outside layer of the twin air was what was starting to fall apart and the inside layer was still good but took it off and notice where some old oil and dirt particles had seeped through over time and ran down to a screen in the bottom of the carb can anyone tell me what this screen is and what it does its held in by a allen bolt sorry no pictures to make it easier. thanks
