A KTM Pro Junior or Pro Senior?

I need some quick advice..son has raced a couple times in 4-stroke 50 class and I am going to get him on a 2-stroke. he is 6, will be 7 in October and I found a good deal on a Pro Jr. Just wondering if he should get a senior instead? Is the Pro Junior taller than a CRF50 because that bikes getting a bit small for him now.

If he will race AMA then you should get him the Pro Sr (Cobra King IMHO) because he will have to race the 7-8 class next year.

yes do some research. you will want to ride a "Senior" bike. They are designed for the 7-8 year old. If your serious about racing check out sites like www.cobratalk.com www.ktmtalk.com and www.poliniusa.com find out the pro's and con's of each bike and then make a knowledgable decision.

But just FYI Cobra has won the Loretta's title every year since it came out in 1994 except for 2000 when R&D made the bikes for KTM.
